Thoughts on the Doctor Being “Immortal” now?

Did he say this before the episode with ten/donna etc, or after. Because I wouldn’t put it past the Moffinator to play mind games on us and just ~pretend it’s a different person, if you get what I mean.
I get what I mean, probably no one else does though.
You know what I haven’t done in a while?
A review of the next serial in classic Doctor Who. In this case it would be the second serial with William Hartnell - the Daleks. Would this be interesting, or is it something that would just bore people?

I took a bit of an unintentional hiatus the last 2-3 weeks, but still some awesome people followed me even though there were no new posts for a while.
